Summary
- Resistances seem OK.
- Vcore 0.5 Ohms
- Vmem 76.6 Ohms
- Missing voltages on Vcore, Vmem & PEX. 12v, 3.3v, 5v, 1.8v can be seen on the card.
- Inspecting the Vcore PWM shows Vcc is present at 5v and Vref at 2v, but enable is missing.
