Sold as having ‘green lines on the screen’, had thought it might be a routine VRAM issue, but it appears to be more complex

VMem – 307Ω (seems a bit high?)
PEX – 354.4Ω
1.8V – 3.7KΩ
5V – 509Ω
3.3V – ~5KΩ
12V – 6KΩ+ (non ext)
As a second card, drivers load, but if a monitor cable is plugged in the card will crash the system.
Something is strange about the power delivery and stats in GPU-Z i.e. TDP shows as 0% and under load the PCI Slot voltage shows as a drop! (see stats below). You can also see the patch where the blue VRel limit is in place, the PCIe Slot Voltage drops to 0 (impossible of course and there is no PCI-E connector on this card).
